Ms. Gil Evans has over 30 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies in a variety of Human Resources roles. Ms. Evans holds a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Houston - Clear Lake and is currently completing graduate studies. She has had a leadership role in strategic organizational change initiatives in the areas of performance management, total compensation for individuals and teams, organizational restructuring, redesigning Human Resources processes for strategic impact, organizational culture/climate assessments, succession planning, and HRIS. Ms. Evans has been a guest lecturer on HR topics for a national management development program, professional associations, and different universities in the Houston area.
