Coaching Program for Managers and Supervisors

Personal "one-on-one" coaching provided for managers and supervisors to help them with strategic and operational planning, decision making, employee performance, and overall work processes. Also addressed are a variety of employee human behavioral issues such as: handling conflict, dealing with bad attitudes, drops in performance, poor morale, work stress, and job dissatisfaction.
